This recipe is
Vegan (sub agave for honey)
nut-free (includes coconut)
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.Ingredients
6 cups Organic GF Rolled Oats
1/4 cup + 2 TBS Coconut Oil
3/4 cup Raw Honey
1/4 cup + 2TBS Coconut Palm Sugar (can sub. brown sugar)
1/4 cup + 2 TBS Raw Quinoa
1/4 cup + 2TBS Raw Chia Seeds
2 TBS Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Sea SaltDirections
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Mix well, you kind of need to "chop" and mix as you distribute the honey.
Split the mixture between 2 large cookie sheets covered with Parchment Paper. Spread it out evenly. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and mix it up. Make sure to bring in the edges to the middle.
Continue cooking for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Store in airtight containers. This makes a great breakfast cereal with your choice of milk or a yummy snack for on the go! ♥
