Kale Chips

This recipe is

    gluten-free
    dairy-free
    soy-free
    corn-free
    nut-free
    VEGAN
    VEGETARIAN
    WHOLE FOODS


Ingredients


3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp rice or apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp honey or agave nectar
1 tsp Himalayan salt or sea salt
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 medium bunch of kale, washed, stemmed, and chopped into 1 inch pieces

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place rack in center of oven.

2. Whisk all ingredients except kale in a small dish to make dressing. Place kale in a large bowl and toss with dressing to coat.

3.Spread kale onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Toss chips with a spatula and return to oven for another 7-8 minutes, until crispy throughout.
